Central Bank broadens ruble exchange rate band again

According to unofficial data, the Bank of Russia has once again widened the range of the ruble exchange rate's fluctuations against the basket of two currencies, the dollar and the euro, a source in the bank told RBC today. The source did not specify the exact range, however.
Today's broadening of the band is the eighth increase by the Bank of Russia since the beginning of the year. The previous action was taken on Tuesday, when the band was broadened by more than RUB 0.50.
